BFY Carbon Strategies appointed strategic advisors by JTRE London

BFY Carbon Strategies is pleased to announce its appointment as strategic advisors by JTRE London for the development of 220 Blackfriars Road, one of Southwark's most significant new projects.

This partnership will focus on achieving operational Net Zero Carbon (NZC), from pre-construction design through to post-occupancy. BFY Carbon Strategies will provide expert oversight and management of the design, construction, and commissioning phases to ensure JTRE London’s sustainability objectives are met.

BFY Carbon Strategies will oversee the technical aspects of the project across the RIBA stages, from reviewing consultant designs to validating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) contractor compliance and post-construction commissioning.
